How billing works
When you sign up, you pay a one-time joining fee of $100.00 and authorize Elk Fitness to withdraw your bi-weekly membership amount directly from your Canadian bank account via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD).
Card details are tokenized and stored securely by Helcim (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). Elk Fitness never sees or stores your raw banking information. You can update your banking details, freeze, or cancel from the member app at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you by email and SMS and retry. If your account remains overdue, access may be temporarily suspended until the balance is resolved. See our Cancellation Policy and Membership Agreement for details.
