Memberships may be cancelled subject to the terms of your plan:
3-month plan: cancel anytime after the initial 3-month term with 14 days' notice.
6-month, 12-month, and 24-month plans: early cancellation may incur a buy-out fee equal to the remaining contracted amount discounted by 50%, except in cases of relocation (50+ km), permanent medical incapacity, or other circumstances at Elk Fitness's discretion.
Freezes of up to 30 days per year are available at no charge through the member app. All cancellation requests are processed via the member app or in writing to workoutdidsbury@gmail.com.
