This Membership Agreement is between Elk Fitness Ltd. ("Elk Fitness", "we", "us") and the member named in the signup form ("Member", "you").
By signing this agreement, you authorize Elk Fitness to provide you with access to the facility located at 2018 17 Ave, Didsbury, AB T0M 0W0 for the term of your chosen membership plan, in exchange for the bi-weekly fees and one-time joining fee disclosed at signup.
Membership terms, payment schedule, cancellation rights, and conduct rules form part of this agreement. A signed PDF copy is emailed to you and stored in your member profile after signup completes.
Full legal copy will be finalized with your counsel before the signup flow goes live.
