Elk Fitness collects only the personal information needed to provide membership services: name, contact details, date of birth, government-issued ID for identity verification, payment card authorization (tokenized via Helcim), and gym access logs.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers (Helcim, our access-control provider, email/SMS providers) under contract, or where required by law.
You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing workoutdidsbury@gmail.com.
