Failed Payment Policy

If a scheduled payment is declined, we will:

1. Notify you by email and SMS within 24 hours. 2. Automatically retry the payment after 3 business days. 3. Suspend gym access if the balance remains unpaid after a second failed retry. 4. Send a final notice before any further action.

Accounts that remain unpaid after the final notice may, at Elk Fitness's sole discretion and after admin review, be referred to a collection agency. We will never refer an account without explicit admin approval.
